- Primary Residence Options: Eligible properties include condominiums, single-family homes, and 2-4 unit owner-occupied residences, all secured by a first mortgage.
- Student Loan Flexibility: Student loans will not be included in the debt calculation if the borrower is still in residency and can provide proof that they will be deferred for at least 12 months.
- Co-Signer Options: Non-occupant co-signers are allowed to help you secure your loan.
- Gift Assistance: Use gift funds to cover closing costs.
